Cant access account after you sign up : Announcements

1. If you signup, please give the system at least an hour to process the request.

2. If you still do not get access, please email me at admin@mmoviper.com with your username, and your paypal subscription id. If you do not have an active subscription id, it can take up to 48 hours to process your request, so please do not cancel your recurring subscriptions, until you have verified your access.

3. If you cannot download the bot, but you CAN login to the forums, try using a LOWERCASE username when logging in.

Sometimes it takes a couple of hours now.. dunno why.

Sent payment and made account Sept. 15th. It took 13 days for my payment to go though. Attempted to contact the email admin@mmoviper.com many times and added the se7enthsin skype and got no reply. Finally had to contact paypal where they told me it was a problem on your side that you had to accept the money. Then finally I convinced paypal to force the payment to go though. You might want to check your email to see about other people that may be having the same issue.

I do. And have not run into that problem yet. I am guessing you paid with an eCheck. That paypal takes about 10-14 days to clear.

I just sign up for a new account and be able to download an update to bot . But then now i cant log in to use it for the game it keep saying "trying to contact ahthenciation server" zzzzzz

Just keep trying. Be sure to use all lowercase for the username.

Please, can you check your e-mail box? My friend have sighned up and paid for monthly subscription 3 days ago but still can't access the forum and downloads.
