mmoviper windows

hi, just can't found mmoviper's windows.
I was using it very nicely until today (1 week without using mmoviper)
And now, when I launch it, I have the authentification windows that appear, I clic to log in, and the windows doesn"t appear.
Someone else have this problem ? and if yes, someone have found how to see it ?

PS : sorry I just reinstalled it and it works. But still don't know what happened
