FFXIV Fate Bot Updated to 2.0.9.9

All Bots:
- Tweak: Added more logging to help track down issues
- Tweak: Misc fine tuning.
- Tweak: Fixed issues with mouse clicking on the wrong spots on the screen.
- Tweak: Older bots that use keyboard navigation, tweaked for performance (SWTOR, EQ2, FFXI)
FFXIV Bot:
- Bugfix: Fixed a random aggro issue where the bot would think mobs that aggroed you in the past were still angry
- Bugfix: Fixed CHN Version again (broken offsets)
- Bugfix: Fixed infinite aggro/targeting loop
- Tweak: Tweaked combat routines slightly
- Tweak: Initial Chocobo code added, bot will detect if chocobo is fighting and try to assist.
