FFXIV ARR Bot - Updated for Pet agro, Locale Region, etc

- Bugfix: Fixed random bug with IComparer
- Bugfix: Fixed bug with foreign Locale/Region settings
FFXIV:ARR Bot
- Bugfix: Tweaked for random Stuck Turning issues
- Bugfix: Tweaked for random I'm Dead issues (when definately alive)
- Bugfix: Fixed random bug where it would get stuck after harvesting
- Bugfix: Can now use stealth while harvesting without getting "stuck"
- Bugfix: Detecting Pet agro once again!
Did you know?
The mmoviper bot for final fantasy XIV ARR once again works for all locales. You no longer need to adjust your computer settings to get the bot to work. Also this patch includes several user requested fixes. Such as being able to stealth, random I'm dead issues, and of the dreaded ICompare bug. I hope you enjoy this release as much as I did coding it!
