Aion Viperbot patch for EU/US

I have temporarily made the aion bot two different applications for now until they are synchronized again.
So if you are playing on the US servers, please get the 1.4.6.0 release.
If you are on the EU servers, please get the 1.4.5.7 release.
If you have patched to the 1.4.5.9 patch, be warned, you may delete the .exe before getting the new version, as some os's save old files. Just be sure when you run the new update it shows the correct version in the login authenticator.
