Here is the upcoming patch notes for the 2.1.2.0 release of the FFXIV bot.
As it is a big patch, I'm releasing it in alpha state, so if you want to test some of the new features, and give me some feedback.

Currently, the bot will fly if configured in options/movement. However, this will change before release. I am actually going to add a flying mesh and a ground mesh (right now it uses the same mesh for both).

Flying is buggy.. you have been warned, lol.

FFXIV Bot:
- Tweak: Flee will now try to flee when option value less than or equal the value. (before was just less than ) So you can flee at 100%.
- Tweak: Improved Flee for most bots.
- Bugfix: Fixed bug that would cause hotkey combos to resume for a new mob, instead of starting over.
- Bugfix: (ignore, stuttering) Fixed bug in movement while ignoring mobs.
- Tweak: Removed log spam for ignored mobs.
- Tweaked: Made Auto Stealth Ability IN viper options, use the ignore mob flags, and also check the aggro distance
- Added: Flying navigation is now working! Just be sure to configure your options in options/movement. Jump Key, UseFlyingMount
- Bugfix: Exact Name match was not working for harvest names. Fixed!
- Tweaked: Will no longer try to "attack" the mob once before fleeing if flee is set to 100%.
- Tweaked: If mounted, the bot will not try to "use stealth". Thoughts? Best to just out run mob and keep going it will drop aggro.
- Tweaked: Default harvest range is now 3.2 from 3.4
- Bugfix: Sometimes was not stopping to mount up
- Bugfix: Fixed Mount min Distance. Will now ONLY mount if traveling distance is greater than defined value. If your waypoints are too close, you may need to adjust the mount distance to compensate.
- Bugfix: Fixed some cases where the bot would ignore the ignore flag and/or melee ranges.
- Bugfix: Pause task, was still stopping (if pausing more than 1 second) - Use Task:Rest if you want to stop movement.
- Tweak: Player detection turned off by default
- Tweak: Removed spam for player detection
- Tweak: Misc performance tweaks

some mobs will be too close to the node for this to work

- Tweaked: If mounted, the bot will not try to "use stealth". Thoughts? Best to just out run mob and keep going it will drop aggro.

Yea.. trying to see what is best all around. You thinking to dismount, stealth, then remount?

Best to avoid the mob all together with the stealth, it may just end up getting dragged to the next node.

So yes, Mount, stealth, remount and then if possible stealth again when at the node.

edit: also is the "move to mob" as a caster issue resolved? I know you said it was an option that was there that just got removed recently as an accident. Just checking.

Move to mob, should be working correctly in this release.

It is suggested to leave move to mob ON now, and set your caster range via the option/attacking/melee range. 20 is a good range for a caster, since most of the spells have a 25 yard range.

The bot will also NOT cast spells that are outside of your defined min/max ranges. So it is suggested to have atleast 1 spell/hotkey that can be cast from range 0 - melee range.

This is so that you can define spells (in other games too) where you want ranged spells to be cast, when the mob is far away, and melee spells to be cast when the mob is up close.

I will make the changes before 2.1.2.0 goes live, to add the stealth as priority (instead of mount), so it will take over.

flying works great.. Seems like the paths differentiates between flying and non-flying paths when recording.. so thats one thing to note when you want to specifically set flying paths / landing and take off zones

Not yet it doesnt.. Basically when the bot tries to "jump" to reach the point where the path is going, it takes off, and looks pretty natural.. :)

I havnt added the seperate fly/ground nav yet. I am going to color them differently, so when you are making paths, you will know the difference. Its needed mainly for setting flee waypoints, since you cant fly to get away from a mob.

its pretty much the same as regular setup.

It just knows how to draw paths in a 3rd dimension now.
