Decided to create this in order to maintain one thread for this problem users are having.
clicking on the image will make it more readable
ALSO:
Wait at least 2 hours.. sometimes paypal doesn't immediately send confirmations to our server.

even though I am doing everything you guys have told me (even switched between firefox, IE, and Opera) it just doesn't let me download any single one of them :'(

Check your antivirus. Sometimes it will cancel/stop/delete a download.

I tried several browsers and double checked my password and am unable to log in to download with my account. Thanks in advance for the help.
Edit: Tried it again after a few hours and the system is letting me in. Disregard, thanks.

I'll update the first message.. to wait a couple of hours. Sometime paypal is funny about when it sends confirmations.
