Updating Viper Bot

Specifically the Viper Bot for BDO, I would assume it is the same for every version.
Ok, so I download the new version off the download forum, get the archive, unzip it to the folder containing the old Application and get this error ~
"c:\Users\......\Downloads\BDOViperRelease2.1.5.4.zip: Cannot create E:\viper update\BDOViperBot.exe Access is denied."
Doesn't make much sense to me as I am the administrator on the computer, I still have .3 in one folder couldn't delete still have access denied on that. The Application that i'm trying to overwrite is the .4 beta version.
~~Unrelated note bonus question; BDO updates trying to save from posting another forum question, is this un-beta'd .4 safe to run in the new update that came out today?~~
