giving me an error when I try to download

Yes I'm using all lowercase name.

I'm trying to download FFXIV bot, but I can't. Tried my password many times...

please help.

Yeah, I tried changing my password, nothing is working. don't know what to do now

If you are just signing up, it can take up to 4 hours for the download system to cache in the new logins.
