Help? [Dont know where this topic goes]

Sooo i just bought premuim..payed the 30 bucks and yada, it wont let my download ANYTHING, it says log ing with l owercase username and i try but it will not let me log in..i can log in only using lowercase to log in to the website, but it wont let me log in using lowercase or anything at all to try and get the products i paid for.
