FFXIV Bot and Tera Bot fixes - Rezzing, navigation

All Bots:
- Tweaked radar to reduce lag when drawing overlay
Tera Bot:
- Tweaked navigation to reduce oscillation
EU Tera Bot:
- Fixed broken offsets
- Tweaked navigation to reduce oscillation
Final Fantasy XIV Bot:
- Fixed rezzing issues (does not use mouse anymore!)
