1. I am running Vista and it constantly crashes when I try to start the bot:

A. Directions on how to turn off DEP for ViperBot to run, for Vista from Data Execution Prevention is available here -

http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Window ... 11033.mspx

2. Do I need .Net Installed?

A. You need atleast Microsoft .Net Framework 3.5SP1 installed.

3. My viperbot window opens off screen. I can see it running in the task bar, but I cant see it on the screen.

A.
1. Click on it in the task bar.
2. Press down Alt + Spacebar
3. Press the M key
4. Press the Left and then Right arrow key.
5. Mouse the mouse until you can see the window.
6. Click once you can see it.

Practice it with a moveable window (open a folder or something) and you will see how it works.

Q. I have premium, but I cannot download the bot?

A1. The download form must have a LOWERCASE username.
A2. You paid with an e-Check and it has not cleared yet. Check with paypal to make sure you payment cleared.
A3. Something messed up. Click the Upgrade to Premium and login to your account and verify that it shows you have premium.

Q: My frame rate and/or CPU is going to 100% when running viper.

A: From solveus: i had the same problem on my bot pc that is a 2.38Ghz Athlon 3500 2GbRam
from average 60 FPS drops to 9 with mmoviper on.

1-right click Aion, Run As...
2-unchchek Protect my computer...
3-right ckick Mmovipwe.exe, Run As...
4-unchchek Protect my computer...

should work for you too, if not run a clean MsConfig.

Q. My AION Viperbot crashes AION when its targeting.

A. First, make sure your target self key is the same thing in the game and in viper. It is usually F1. If that fails, change the Target Self key to something else in aion and see if it corrects the problem.

A. IF you are still having issues, Use the other setting (turn ON DEP except for those processes I list) and add MMOViperBot.exe and NCLauncher.exe as well.

Win7 is an easy Fix

http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/wind ... n-settings

"Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I selest:"

Then add

"MMOViperBot.exe" (where ever you have it located)
"NCLauncher.exe" (Default Location on Win7 64bit Follows)

C:/Program Files (x86)/NCSoft/Launcher

Since aion is a .bin the launcher is the actual program that runs it. So by adding it to the DEP exempt list you are set. This is confirmed to work by another win7 user last night who was having the crash problems.

A.

1. You have an illegal OS/program keeping your windows authenticated.
2. Bad motherboard battery, your system is loosing its time.
3. Your time is being reset by some program without your knowledge.

One possible fix:

Fix for Vista 64: (Win7 probably similar)

1) Right click your clock in the toolbar.
2) Select 'Adjust Date/Time.'
3) Move over to the 'Internet Time' tab.
4) Select 'Change Settings.'
5) Make sure 'Synchronize with an Internet time server' is unchecked.
6) Hit 'OK' and you should be good to go!

A. We are tracking these down slowly. But it is caused by typing in data directly into the hotkey fields, instead of using the drop downs. Basically when you enter a key that it cant press, it will crash. The drop downs contain the ONLY valid values. If you find a way to reproduce and cause the error, please PM it to me and I'll fix it.
